As a Dispatcher, you would be responsible for receiving and transmitting messages, tracking vehicles and equipment, and communicating with staff and customers.
A good Dispatcher must have great customer service skills, communication skills, intermediate computer skills, note note-taking skills be highly organized and friendly.
